NVIDIA釋出新驅動程式ForceWare 84.20，因應新產品GeForce 7900系列的上市，以及針對筆記型電腦sli晶片組的支援，並改善一些程式與遊戲的效能。這個月ati在顯示技術上做很多改進，nvidia也不甘示弱，強化其PureVideo技術。
